Master-planned community in Oakland, California on 183 acres with 918 residences and 80,000 sq ft of commercial retail space.
Located 35 minutes from Oakland and to San Francisco access via the BART rail, the community will feature a historic golf clubhouse restored as a community center, a restored creek and extensive trails, a village retail center and 84 acres of public parks and open spaces.
The site of Oak Knoll Naval Hospital served the military for more than 54 years. Remediation of the site included asbestos removal, restoration and reconstruction of a major creek, historic rehabilitation of the Officer’s Club and planting 8,000 native trees.
